I. Machine Description

This machine can make gowns and clothes fold and pack it use plastic bag . It has the advantages of good quality, low price, high output, saving labor and reducing cost. It can be customized according to customer's requirements.

This machine is automatic, the whole process of automatic operation, computer infinite speed regulation operation is more flexible, the whole process of operation only needs one person.

Applicable clothing: protective clothing, dust-free clothing, surgical gown (length must be within the

range of machine parameters) and similar clothing, as shown in the following figure:

※Note: Considering the diversity of clothing materials and shapes, the actual test shall prevail.

1. Manually put the clothing into the belt in the first section of the left, and arrange the clothing, listing, etc. (the part of the

feeding belt is completed)

2. Press the start button, the device will automatically start, and the garment will automatically flow from the lead-in belt to the

garment left-right to be folded. (The scrubbing mechanism is completed)

3. Vertical folding (folding length and width, customers can adjust by themselves). (Complete the longitudinal turning mechanism)

4. After the (rubbing) folding is completed, the garment is sent to the third belt and transferred for bagging process (thick clothes

will be pre-pressed before bagging)

The pre-compression mechanism is completed).

5. After the bagging is completed, the discharge belt will send the finished product to the eager cutting section. (Completion of

bagging mechanism)

6. After reaching the eager position, the eager mechanism starts to work. (Completion of eager organization)

7. After the belt is installed and eagerly cut, the finished product flows into the box (the belt line in the eager cutting mechanism

is completed)
