Brief description:
Doctor's hat making machine uses nonwoven (non-woven) as raw material to produce sanitary caps worn by doctors during operation. This equipment is fully automatic and integrated; also known as ultrasonic operating cap machine, ultrasonic non-woven operating cap machine, non-woven medical cap machine; its product doctor cap is mainly used by doctors during surgery to prevent pollution and infection; it can also be used in scientific research, laboratories and other aseptic environment.
Performance and characteristics:
This machine adopts ultrasonic welding method to fold the non-woven fabric into a medical cap. Man-machine interface operation only needs one person. Built-in PLC program control, high stability, low failure rate, imported deceleration brake motor, effectively reduce the rate of defective products. Beautiful and strong aluminium alloy frame, never rust. Under the condition of changing the mould, different specifications of doctor's caps can be produced.
