Ⅰ.Machine Description

The multi size non woven bouffant cap making machine is a special piece of equipment used for the production of elastic non-woven bouffant caps that are often used in hospitals and dust free environments. The equipment features a high degree of automation, including feeding, forming, counting, and collecting.The length adjustment from 100mm to any length you want. Only one person is needed for operation.

It is used with 8~16gsm thick non woven fabrics, and 450~480mm wide raw materials. A single machine has multiple functions, and bouffant caps in various specifications, can adjust size, can be produced simply by replacing molds.

It operates in stable, with the fastest speed of 200 caps per minute, with a qualified rate of over 99%.
